Kalshi is a CFTC-regulated US exchange that settles in dollars. Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market, crypto-native and USDC-settled, with a newer CFTC-regulated US version that is invite-only. They also list different markets, which is why the scanner shows both.

Kalshi is a CFTC-regulated exchange available in all 50 states, with some sports restrictions. Polymarket's US version is CFTC-regulated but currently invite-only; its global platform is not open to US users. Check current availability before trading.
