Why we're building Chironus.
Prediction markets are one of the most important financial innovations of this era, and we believe we're still in the earliest stage of adoption.
While these platforms have the potential to be positive, professional, efficient tools to price and manage risk, activity today is mostly short-term speculation. Yes, prediction markets are a useful source of public information, but the sad reality is that most market participants lose money.
We don't believe the problem is the markets themselves, but that almost nobody trading them has real resources: no trusted information, no professional-grade tools, no way to learn from the people who genuinely understand the events being priced. Every mature market has that resource layer, but one doesn't exist for prediction markets yet. We're on a mission to change that.

Today, we help people make more informed decisions by providing tools, research, and prediction market-specific news.
We are actively building a network of verified, credentialed experts, and will begin sharing their experience, packaged to help people make better prediction market decisions.
We believe prediction markets will grow past speculation into something more useful, for both individuals and small businesses. We intend to be early, and to help the industry get there.

About the founders.
Ben is a former fintech and gaming industry executive, multiple time founder, and active public and private market investor. Robert is a lawyer by trade, a former professional poker player, who was previously in legal tech and content.
